It is an electro-pneumatic machine which can cut round cheeses in fixed weight portions.After having weighed the cheese on the eletronic device,the operator can choose two different programs:Program with refuse,which cuts the cheese in identical fixed weight slices + 1 slice of refuse.Program without refuse,which cuts the cheese in fixed weight slices with a tolerance of +/- 5 gr. The operator can also decide not to use the electronic balance,writing directly on the touch screen of the machine the number of slices to be done.
